2023 Pokémon UNITE North America Regional Finals Player Information

The Pokémon UNITE Regional Finals will take place alongside the 2023 Pokémon North America International Championships. This event is the conclusion to the final tournament of the season prior to the Pokémon World Championships. The Top 8 teams from the Regional Finals online qualifiers will be competing for prizes, Championship Points, and invitations to the 2023 World Championships.

Registration for Pokémon UNITE players is done by invitation only through our tournament organizer partners. All participants will receive a Pokémon International Championships promo card (while supplies last) just for playing!

Players must comply with the Tournament Rules and event policies. When you arrive at a Pokémon UNITE tournament, there are some things you must have with you:

  • Pokémon UNITE downloaded on either a Nintendo Switch system or a tournament-legal mobile device with the latest game updates installed

  • A fully charged Nintendo Switch system with a working USB-C port and the latest system updates installed OR a tournament-legal mobile device for competition, to be approved by tournament administration (see the Tournament Rules and check back regularly before the event for updates)

  • Proof of age may be requested, and failure to provide proof of age may result in the player being denied participation in the tournament (at the organizer’s discretion)

Additionally, players are strongly encouraged to bring a charger for their device. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their device remains operational throughout the tournament.

Administration will inform players of additional requirements ahead of the event, including stipulations for participation in media day on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
