2019 Pokémon North America International Championships Check-In Policy

Pokémon TCG Senior and Masters Divisions, VGC Masters Division

  • The main check-in window is Thursday, June 20, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Union Station Ballrooms near Hall A.

  • Late check-in is available between 8 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Friday, June 21, for TCG Senior and Masters Division and VGC Masters Division players. Players must check in and receive their badges no later than 8:15 a.m. Friday to play in Round 1 of the Championships. Round 1 pairings will include only players who have checked in up to this point.

  • Players who check in between 8:15 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. may still be included but will receive a loss for Round 1.

  • Players who check in after 9:15 a.m. will not be entered into the Championships but will still receive a badge and event merchandise.

  • Video game players will have their Battle Teams locked in the morning near the video game competition area in Hall D. Players must be in line with teams ready and team sheets complete by 8:45 a.m.

  • Pokémon TCG players must have their deck lists completed prior to the start of Round 1.

Pokémon TCG Junior Division, VGC Junior and Senior Divisions

  • The main check-in window is Friday, June 21, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. outside Hall C; however, TCG Junior Division and VGC Junior and Senior Division competitors are welcome to check in anytime before this when the check-in area is open, including on Thursday, June 20.

  • Late check-in is available between 8 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Saturday, June 21, for TCG Junior Division and VGC Junior and Senior Division players. Players must check in and receive their badges no later than 8:15 a.m. Saturday to play in Round 1 of the Championships. Round 1 pairings will include only players who have checked in up to this point.

  • Players who check in between 8:15 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. Saturday may still be included but will receive a loss for Round 1.

Pokkén Tournament DX Senior and Masters Divisions

  • To be included in the North America International Championships, players must register online by 8 p.m. on Friday, June 21.

  • All players who successfully register online will be included in the double-elimination brackets even if they do not check in at the venue. The bracket will contain all gamertags for players who register by 8 p.m. Friday.

  • Players must be present in the Pokkén Tournament DX area by 9 a.m. Saturday, June 22. Bracket information will be provided at that time.

  • Players who do not show up to their winner's bracket match when their match is called may receive a match loss and be sent to the loser's bracket.

  • Players who do not show up to their loser's bracket match when their match is called may receive a match loss and be eliminated from the tournament.
