Get ready to test your skills and earn Championship Points at our next Pokémon TCG League Challenge, taking place at Geek Retreat Cardiff on Thursday 29th May during our regular League Night! Entry is £10 and includes participation in the tournament plus one Play! Pokémon Prize Pack. Additional prizes will be awarded to the top players.

This event will follow the Standard format. Players must bring a legal 60-card Standard deck and submit a completed deck list. We recommend filling out your list before arrival – printable deck lists are available here: https://www.pokemon.com/uk/play-pokemon/about/tournaments-rules-and-resources Registration opens at 17:30, with Round 1 starting promptly at 18:00.

The tournament will run using Swiss rounds, with each round being best-of-one and lasting 30 minutes, unless time permits longer rounds, depending on attendance. As always, pre-registration is encouraged either online or in-store, especially as Thursday nights can get busy. All players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account in good standing with the Play! Pokémon Program and a valid Player ID. If you don’t have one, you can sign up and get your ID here: https://www.pokemon.com/uk/account. New players are welcome – we’re happy to help you get started.
