Smoliv Debuts in Pokémon GO Harvest Festival Event

Grass-type Pokémon steal the show in an unbe-leaf-ably fun seasonal celebration.

It stands to season that Grass-type Pokémon are the stars of Pokémon GO’s Harvest Festival. Through October 17, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time, Trainers can harvest fun, event bonuses, and themed Field Research. Plus, for the first time in Pokémon GO, Trainers will be able to catch Smoliv! First discovered in Paldea, the Olive Pokémon is small but mighty, and its two Evolutions—Dolliv and Arboliva—represent the region’s bounty and splendor.

Completing the Harvest Festival Collection Challenge will earn Trainers XP, Stardust, and Mossy Lure Modules, the latter of which will come in handy for catching more Smoliv. Event bonuses will make catching Smoliv and other Grass-type Pokémon even more of a breeze—Mossy Lure Modules will last for two hours throughout the event and have a higher chance of attracting Pumpkaboo. Trainers will also receive additional Candy for catching Pumpkaboo.

Branch out with plenty of exciting Grass-type Pokémon appearing more frequently in the wild, including the following.

  • Smoliv

Treat yourself to the Ticket of Treats—paid Timed Research that must be completed before October 31, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time—to collect rewards. Tickets are available in the shop for US$5.00 (or the equivalent pricing in your local currency). Complete the research to earn a Mossy Lure Module and encounters with gourd-geous Pumpkaboo.

You grow, Trainers!
