Badge Pickup

Competitors and spectators can pick up their badges at the following locations and times:

Thursday, June 20, 5–8 p.m.
Friday, June 21, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, June 22, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, June 23, 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Badge pickup will be located in the Union Station Ballrooms on Thursday, June 20. On Friday to Sunday, badge pickup will be located outside Hall C.

Competitors will receive lanyard and welcome items when badges are picked up. In order to be entered in the tournament, players must check in early. See the check-in policy for more details.

Please note: Pokkén Tournament DX Senior and Masters Divisions, Video Game Junior and Senior Divisions, and Pokémon TCG Junior Division competitions all begin Saturday, June 22. Players may not participate in overlapping events that occur at the same time (e.g., Pokkén Tournament DX Senior Division and VG Senior Division competitions). If a player who advances from Friday in the Pokémon TCG or VG event has also registered for the Pokkén Tournament DX event, they will need to indicate which event they will play in on Saturday—they cannot play in both. If you qualify for two events, please inform a judge in the competition you will not be participating in so they can remove you from the competitor list.

Whenever you are in the event space, please make sure that you are wearing your badge and that it is visible at all times.

Bag and Personal Items Policy

To ensure the safety of all attendees, the following items will not be permitted into the event:

  • Items which could be considered "weapons" and would not pass airline security (including all firearms, sharp objects, mock weapons, and sprays)

  • Electronic smoking devices

  • Bags larger than 9” x 14” x 22” (23cm x 36cm x 56 cm). If an airline would not classify it a Carry-On, it is too big. Please check with your hotel about bag storage options.

  • Alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance

  • Full facial coverings, like masks

  • Apparel, objects or signs with explicit wording or pictures

  • Animals (other than service animals)

All bags are subject to search upon entry to the event, and security retains the right to refuse entry.

Good luck to all competitors at the 2019 Pokémon North America International Championships!
