The top players during the 2018 Championship Series season can earn Travel Awards to the 2018 Pokémon TCG and Video Game World Championships. Travel Awards include round-trip airfare and five-night hotel accommodations for the recipient (and a parent or legal guardian if the player is under age 18). Players who earned Travel Awards in 2018 will also receive a Day Two invitation that gives them a bye for Friday’s rounds. Players who earned Travel Awards as part of their performance at the 2017 World Championships do not automatically receive a Day Two invitation.

Pokkén Tournament Travel Award Recipients

Competitors in the Masters Division who finished in the Top 4 at the North America Qualifier or Europe Qualifier, or in the Top 2 at the Oceania Qualifier, will earn a Travel Award to the 2018 Pokkén Tournament World Championships.

Competitors in the Senior Division who finished in the Top 2 at the North America Qualifier or Europe Qualifier, or won the Oceania Qualifier, will earn a Travel Award to the 2018 Pokkén Tournament World Championships.
