For Trading Card and Video Game players, your prize package includes a travel award for you (and a parent or legal guardian for players under the age of 18). This travel award includes roundtrip airfare from your location to Columbus, Ohio and four-night accommodations from June 30th - July 3rd at the Crown Plaza – Columbus Downtown.
The default arrival date for your trip is June 30th and the departure date is July 4th. If you need to adjust your hotel stay for any reason please email playercoordinator@pokemon.com. Any additional nights at the hotel will be at your own expense.
You may be required to provide a credit card at hotel registration to cover incidental expenses. Baggage fees and other charges assessed by the airline at check-in are not included in any travel award. Costs associated with transportation to and from the airport are not included in any award.
If you have already booked your own travel and accommodations or you plan on driving to the event please send a completed Reimbursement Request Form to playercoordinator@pokemon.com. Be sure to include any proof of cost for your flights or hotel. Reimbursements will not exceed the cost of your trip had Air Fulfillment Services booked your travel.
