I lost my username and/or password. How do I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your password, click here and follow the instructions. You will be asked for the email address that you currently have listed in your account information. If more than one account has that email address, then you will be asked for more information, such as your birth date and username. Once we find your account, we will send you an email with a link that will give you the opportunity to reset your password.
