How do I merge multiple Pokémon Trainer Club accounts?
Send an email to customerservice@pokemon.com with the subject "Merge Request." Include the usernames (and Player ID numbers if you have an Organized Play account) for each account in the body of your email. If you have a preference for which Player ID and/or username you’d like to keep, indicate that as well. All account data from each user account will be merged. Merges cannot be undone.
Pokémon Trainer Club accounts may be merged from time to time as duplicates are discovered. It is against Pokémon Organized Play policy for a user to maintain more than one Player ID (POP ID).
