Customer Service
Can I use my previous My Pokémon account username and password to log in to this new website?
Yes. Your previous My Pokémon username and password will work in the Pokémon Trainer Club. Your POP ID, now called a Player ID, remains the same. When you log in for the first time, you may be asked to enter some additional information that the Pokémon Trainer Club requires, such as a screen name. If your username or password is not working, click here to reset your password.
If you're unable to retrieve your password, or after you've retrieved your password you're still unable to log in, please try using the Forgot Username feature to recover your username. The username from your My Pokémon account may have changed as we updated it to your Pokémon Trainer Club account at the new Pokémon.com.
If you still cannot access your old account after using the Forgot Username feature, please contact us. We ask that you provide as much of the following information as you can:
- Your full name
- Username
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Player ID (formerly POP ID)
By including this information right away, it will be much easier to locate your old account. If you are looking for your child's account, be sure to provide the child's information, and your own. Remember that some of this information may have changed since you signed up for a My Pokémon account (particularly your email address). If you can remember older information you may have used, please provide it, as well.
