Use the Colress Machine Trainer card (119/135) to search your deck for a Plasma Energy card (127/135) to attach to Lugia-EX (108/135).
Lugia-EX’s Plasma Gale is a super attack that does 120 damage, but at the cost of discarding the Plasma Energy you just attached to it.
Use Lugia-EX’s Plasma Gale, then discard the Plasma Energy card attached to it. Without the Plasma Energy attached, Lugia-EX would have done 0 damage!
