March to the Top!
Pokémon Trading Card Game players, we hope you’ve been training hard, because the Pokémon TCG State/Province/Territory Championships are right around the corner! Running throughout North America from March 1st through March 8th, 2008, these tournaments are free to attend — a perfect chance to test your skills and even learn new tips from other players! Results will count towards your Premier Rating, and the top 2 finishers in each age division will even earn an invitation to the Pokémon TCG National Championships!
Players will compete in one of three age divisions: Junior (born in or after 1997), Senior (born between 1993 and 1996), or Masters (born in or before 1992), and prizes will be awarded to the top 8 finishers in each division. No matter where you finish, all participants will take home a special promo card and commemorative pin, while supplies last! Residency isn’t a requirement to participate in the State/Province/Territory Championships, but being a player in good standing is – and bring your Pokémon Organized Play ID card if you have one! If you don’t have an ID, you can sign up for one at the event.
